There are 3 steps to take when contacting us:

• Decide what kind of level of search, then contact us by e-mail or, if you prefer, by ordinary mail, enclosing your initial exploratory search payment of £40.
  
  
• Send as much information as you can about the person or family you are trying to trace, including dates of birth, death or marriage if you know them. It is also important to know which region or parish they lived. It is easier to start with a date after 1855 and work backwards.
  
  
• Remember to send your name full address, telephone number and also include your e-mail address if you have one.
